Estimated Shipping Times

UK & Europe: 5 – 15 business days

Rest of the World: 15 – 30 business days

Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on logistics networks, seasonal demand, or local postal services.

Processing Time

Orders generally require 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch. During this time, each order is carefully prepared, inspected, securely packed, and transferred to our logistics partners.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and should be considered as part of the total delivery period.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the expected time frame, external factors such as postal congestion, holiday seasons, or international logistics delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

In rare situations where tracking updates have not appeared for more than 30–40 business days, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

International Shipping

International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and procedures. As customs operations are managed by local authorities, we unfortunately cannot control any delays that may occur.

Customs & Duty Fees

Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient if applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Orders

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the details before dispatch.

Multiple Shipments

In certain situations, an order may be shipped in separate packages. This may occur due to inventory availability, warehouse locations, or shipping weight restrictions.

Holiday Periods

During busy seasons such as November and December, order volumes may increase significantly. While we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may occasionally be longer than usual.
