Do I need to book a workshop date?
No. Your kit includes access to our live online workshops, which run twice every day. Once your kit arrives, just join whichever session suits you — no date to pick, no advance booking.
When are the online workshops?
Every day at 11:00 and 20:00 UK time. Sessions last around 2–2.5 hours, at a relaxed pace.
How do I join the workshop?
Your Zoom link arrives in your order confirmation email. Keep it handy and click it at the start of any session.
What if my kit hasn't arrived yet?
No rush at all. Your workshop access doesn't expire — wait for your tracked UK delivery and join once everything is in front of you.
Do I need any experience?
None. Our instructors walk you through every step, from choosing colours to finishing the grout. Complete beginners are exactly who this is made for.
Can I join with friends?
Yes — order a kit each and pick the same session. It works beautifully for birthdays, hen parties and team evenings.
We're a larger group. Do we need to book separately?
For bigger groups we can arrange a private online session with a dedicated instructor. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
