All materials are carefully prepared and packed so you can start crafting right away.

We want you to feel confident when ordering your DIY kit. Each kit is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping to ensure all materials arrive in perfect condition.

Because our kits contain small craft materials, adhesives, and delicate components, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for kits that have been opened or used. Once a kit has been opened, the contents can no longer be safely resold or verified as complete.

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing any components, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to review the issue and arrange a replacement for the affected items.

Unopened kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
